My Healthy Reader strives to create and provide quality educational resources. Each book, game and activity is created with an intentional focus on social issues that plague today’s youth. Our goal is to create awareness and prevention strategies that address issues such as, Covid-19, obesity, diabetes, bullying, identity, diversity and self-esteem. MHR Resources include our signature “Lesson Story Books that are part of a growing library and rich in diversity, as well as, educational wall posters, board games, card games and more. All resources are available in Spanish.

MHR Fun-N-Fit games provide hours of fun and engagement for the whole family. A great way to get the required 60 minutes of physical exercise, while helping young children learn to count, take turns and follow instructions. (Available in Spanish)
